Interruptions to supply
If a continuous supply of water is essential for your business it may be advisable to install storage tanks to ensure you can continue production in the event of an interruption to your supply.
When we are planning to interrupt the supply we have to give business customers warning. We have strict levels of service for this. We also have compensation payments that we will automatically make if we fail to deliver the promised service.
