Looking after water in your home
We aim to deliver very high quality drinking water to your home or business. If we fail to do this please contact us and we will investigate. There are a also a number of possible causes of deterioration of water once it gets into your property and in some cases simple precautions can help to maintain high quality.
The water industry has produced a booklet "Looking after water in your home" which gives advice on how to ensure the quality remains as high as possible while the water passes through your pipes and taps and stands in any storage tanks.
