Periodic Review 2009
Water companies have to plan well ahead in order to make sure the service can be relied on well into the future. As a key part of this we are required to prepare formal business plans which are submitted to Ofwat, the independent economic regulator of the water industry, to enable prices to customers to be set for the period 2010 to 2015.
We published our final business plan for the 2010-2015 period here in April 2009.

In November 2009 Ofwat announced its final determination of our price limits for the five years from April 2010.
